What is a Songwriters-in-the-Round show?

This is a Nashville coined phrase for a group of songwriters in a circle (or more often, a row) that take turns singing and playing their original music. Sometimes others in the circle will add some instrumental flavor, and or harmony vocals.

What sets apart “A Round” from any other performance?

A round gives you an up-close-and-personal experience and a behind the scenes look into the lives and stories of the songwriters behind your favorite hits on the radio. Most songwriters are seated, performing with a guitar or piano much like the day they wrote the song in a room on famed Music Row in Nashville.

A few of Jesse’s recent corporate performances have been for the following companies:

Amazon

Western Financial Group

American Public Transportation Association

CLS Healthcare Liability Specialists

Baltimore Metro Council Dinner

Burks Broadcasting

MARSH

What Kind of Show Do You Have in Mind?

Jesse can provide up to a 45 minute SOLO show with original music or put together a hit songwriters round for you with 1-3 additional writers, playing up to a 2 hour set. As a long standing member of the Nashville songwriting community, Jesse has the ability to organize an “in-the-round” performance you will never forget, with some of the most prolific storytellers Nashville has to offer. Based on budget and availability of the songwriters, the possible writers can be, but are not limited to the list below.
